Return Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery
- A clear unboxing video (from sealed package to product) along with product images is shared as proof
Requests that do not meet all the above conditions will not be eligible for return or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Products that have been used, worn, altered, or damaged by the customer
- Products returned without original packaging or proof
- Items purchased during sale or promotional offers (unless damaged or incorrect)
- Customised or made-to-order jewellery (if applicable)
Refund Method
Once your return request is approved after inspection:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or as store credit, as applicable
- Refunds are initiated within 7–10 business days after approval
Please note:
- Return shipping charges may apply depending on the case
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
