3. Pricing & Payments
All prices displayed on the website are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

- Cash on Delivery (if available)
In case of a failed or incomplete payment, the deducted amount (if any) will be automatically refunded by your bank or payment provider as per their timelines.
4. Order Acceptance & Cancellation
Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. Octablanca reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to:
- Product unavailability
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping details
- Payment failure
- Suspected fraudulent activity or bulk buying
If an order is cancelled by us, the refund will be initiated as per our refund policy.
Customers may cancel their order only before the order has been shipped.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines provided are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors such as courier issues, weather conditions, strikes, holidays, or other operational challenges.
Once an order is shipped, responsibility for delivery rests with the courier partner.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Returns or refunds are accepted only in the following cases:

- Incorrect product delivered
Customers must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery along with:
- Clear photos
- Complete unboxing video (mandatory)
Claims without proper proof will not be accepted. All requests are subject to inspection and approval by the Octablanca team.

7. Cash on Delivery (COD) Conditions
- COD is available only for select pincodes
- Refusal of COD orders or fake orders will result in permanent blacklisting
- Re-shipping or return-to-origin charges may apply if an order is returned undelivered
